How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add items to your cart and complete the secure online checkout process.

Payment may be made by PayPal, direct bank deposit, money order or cheque. When using "check-out" you will be given the option to use an existing PayPal account or use your credit card. PayPal and credit card transactions are processed through PayPal's secure site using Encrypted SSR Technology. You can also use the 'manual payment' option. This 'check-out' option provides bank account details and address details for money orders. Goods will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Offline ordering will incur a delay in shipping pending receipt of payment and clearance.
All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment clearing. Delivery is usually between 2-5 working days. Please note, delays may be experienced during peak times and we are not responsible for service transit times.
FREE IN AUSTRALIA. All orders are shipped by Australia Post Regular Mail Service.
Registered Mail and Express Post is available at an additional cost. Please advise us via email before proceeding to checkout for adjustment to shipping costs.
We do ship internationally, please contact us for a quote. Delivery is between 7-15 days, this may vary during peak times. Insurance is recommended.
International customers are responsible for payment of relevant customs, taxes and duties where applicable. Please check your local customs office for further information.
In the unlikely event you receive defective merchandise or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. Before returning an item please email or telephone indicating reason for return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you paid for your order by credit card through PayPal, a refund will be credited to your account and you will receive a confirmation email.
Other refunds will be recredited as per buyers instructions.
